A boutique, Melbourne-based developer, Sterling Property Group are well-versed in the art of creating timeless and considered residences for the luxury lifestyle. For six years, they have delivered flawless, ultra-premium developments to some of Melbourne’s most esteemed locations. Serene epitomises the company’s immense respect for craftsmanship and quality. Each residence has been born from an understanding of how excellent design can enrich both a suburb and the lives of its occupants. As such, Sterling have assembled a team of the industry’s elite – Hub Property Group, Cera Stribley and Etched – to bring their masterful vision to life.

Sterling are committed to selecting suburbs that embody luxury, quality and refinement. Earl Street, Kew, was the natural choice for a project of Serene’s calibre – an area defined by rich history, lush greenery and cultural amenity, in which these homes could perfectly nestle and cultivate the ultimate lifestyle for their residents.

Established in 2014, Cera Stribley is a bespoke architectural practice specialising in residential and commercial projects. Lead by founders Domenic Cerantonio and Chris Stribley who joined forces after having studied together and following their work at some of Melbourne's most renowned firms. Their practice now has a reputation for exceptional, highly-resolved, contextual-based design responses across various sectors. Developing different and changing ideas about Australian architecture and its relationship to the landscape, both the built and natural environmental are all integral to the philosophy of the practice.

Established firms often forget to prioritise the client brief; however, Cera Stribley base their measures of success on the delivery of projects in relation to the client brief, defined from the outset. For a practice in its 6th year of operation and with a team of nearly 40 architects and interior designers, Cera Stribley are proud of their diverse and extensive portfolio.

Demand has never been greater for innovative residences in close proximity to inner city workplaces and lifestyle amenity. The evolving desires of individuals of all ages are subsequently shaping trends surrounding our living space design and requirements. With a bias towards inner-city residential markets, Hub Property Group pursues boutique development and consulting opportunities, overlaying more than 40 years collective team experience. With disciplined action, they provide clients with entrepreneurial solutions to their property development and investment portfolios.
